The sensitive pieces we protect.

Different Reticular services use different data, but the rule is simple: if it can identify you, your embryos, or your genetic results, we treat it as sensitive. Your physical saliva sample is handled by our sequencing partner, not stored at Reticular.

Deletion

How to delete your genetic data.

You can request deletion at any time. We verify it, remove your data from active systems, and delete the files tied to your request where the law allows.

Some limited records may remain where required or permitted by law, such as billing records, security logs, compliance records, or information that has already been de-identified or aggregated so it no longer identifies you.

    Email us from your account address

    Use the subject line Genetic data deletion and tell us whether you want account deletion, specific file deletion, or a copy of your data first.

    We verify the request

    Before we delete sensitive information, we confirm that the request is coming from the right person or an authorized agent.

    We remove active-system data

    After verification, we delete personal information and Health Data from active systems within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal, regulatory, security, billing, or legitimate business reasons.

    We handle remaining files

    We delete or destroy the uploaded files and sequencing outputs tied to your request, where the law allows.
