A limited, results-based refund offer for eligible adult-couple products. A full purchase-price refund is available only when neither partner has a qualifying result.
Material conditions
Both partners must complete the required analysis. Only the three categories below count as qualifying results. You must request review during the genetic counseling session included with your purchase.

Review the results
During the included genetic counseling session, your counselor applies the published qualifying-result criteria to the completed reports.
Step 3
Request the refund
If neither partner has a qualifying result, request the full purchase-price refund during that included session.
Adult-couple eligibility terms
What is a reportable finding?
For this Promise, a reportable finding means at least one qualifying result in any category listed in the published terms. If either partner has even one qualifying result, the order is not eligible for this refund.

Carrier finding
A pathogenic or likely pathogenic finding reported as a carrier result in either partner.

Infertility or pregnancy-loss finding
A pathogenic or likely pathogenic finding in either partner in a gene included in the purchased product's infertility or pregnancy-loss analysis.

High-percentile disease PRS
An approved adult-disease polygenic risk score included in the purchased product at or above the 90th percentile—the top 10%—in the risk-increasing direction.
Eligible
Neither partner has a qualifying result in any of the three categories.
Not eligible
Either partner has one or more qualifying results in any category.
Only the categories above determine eligibility for this Promise. A category not included in the product purchased is not assessed and cannot produce a qualifying result for that order.
Definitions and limits
- Pathogenic or likely pathogenic
- The classification shown for the finding in the completed Reticular report.
- Approved disease PRS
- A disease polygenic risk score included in the purchased product and identified as eligible for the Promise in the product description at the time of purchase.
- At or above the 90th percentile
- The reported score is in the top 10% of the applicable reference distribution in the direction associated with increased risk.
A full refund means 100% of the amount Reticular charged for the eligible product. Separately purchased clinic, laboratory, or other third-party services are outside this Promise.
A report with no qualifying result does not rule out every genetic contribution to infertility, pregnancy loss, embryo development, or future health. This Promise concerns the purchase price; it does not guarantee a medical, pregnancy, or health outcome.
